At Eco Vegan Panda, we are always looking for ways to reduce waste. That's why our orders are dispatched with only recyclable and biodegradable packaging.

 

Delivery Charges:

For a limited time only, we offer free shipping to all UK orders.

All orders over £20.00 are shipped free of charge within the UK. UK orders with a value of less than £20.00 cost £2.50 to ship.

 

Delivery Speed:

We aim to dispatch every order within 1 or 2 days of payment being received. 

Our standard shipping speed is 3 working days.

 

Return Policy:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo of the damaged product at info@europaexim.co.uk and we'll replace or refund your order according to your preference.

If you placed an order by mistake or simply changed your mind and no longer want the item that you ordered, please send an email to info@europaexim.co.uk with your name and order number. We will then provide you one of our warehouses’ address, so you can post the products back. We'll refund you within 1-2 days of receiving your package. For hygiene reasons, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return and full refund. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Please make sure to return your order within 30-days of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for orders placed to incorrect addresses. If you enter incorrect address details, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to re-route your package.
