Where do you ship to?

We ship UK wide, including Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
How much is the shipping cost?

For a limited time only, we offer free shipping on all UK Orders. When the promotions ends: Shipping cost is £2.50 UK wide, and if your order is over £20, it’s free delivery.
What's your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send an email to info@europaexim.co.uk with your name and order number. We will then provide you one of our warehouses’ address, so you can post the products back. We'll refund you within 1-2 days of receiving your package. For hygiene reasons, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return and full refund. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. Please make sure to return your order within 30-days of delivery.
I made an order by mistake or changed my mind, can I cancel it?"

To cancel your order, please email info@europaexim.co.uk as soon as you can and if it hasn't already been dispatched then we will issue a refund immediately.
What packaging materials you use?

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable and recyclable packaging materials. Our bubble wrap, mailing bags and glue, all are eco-friendly and biodegradable.
My order has arrived and is damaged. What should I do now?

We are very sorry that your products have been damaged in transit. Please email info@europaexim.co.uk with a picture of the damaged products and your order number. We will send you a new product or issue a full refund if you prefer.
When will my order arrive?

Your Brilliant Bamboo product will be with you in 3 working days. Please note that delivery times and estimated time may vary due to the ongoing global disruption of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
